The development brings together branded villas, wellness spas, and hospitality spaces that reflect the character of the surrounding environment. Each element is designed to immerse guests in a sense of calm and connection, redefining luxury in the desert through architecture that respects both climate and place.
Our approach began with a deep understanding of the site’s topography, climate, and cultural context. We used our Six Pillars of Design to guide the development, ensuring that every decision, from masterplanning to material selection, was informed by environmental performance and guest experience.
We collaborated closely with our partners to develop a proposal that unites sustainable design and operational efficiency with world-class hospitality. Every space, from spa to restaurant, was conceived to balance elegance with environmental responsibility, supporting a vision for long-term, low-impact luxury.
The architectural language of the resort is shaped by the desert itself. Villas are positioned to frame panoramic mountain views and orient towards cooling winds. Built into the rocky outcrops, the wellness retreats appear to emerge from the landscape, creating moments of quiet refuge and reflection.
Natural materials, shaded courtyards, and flowing forms help moderate the intense desert climate while establishing a timeless aesthetic rooted in place. Specialty restaurants and event spaces celebrate local craftsmanship, offering a blend of contemporary design and cultural authenticity.
