The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) are producing a Borough-Climate Change Adaptation Strategy and Adaptation Action Plan (AAP) for Hackbridge through its involvement in an EU funded Intereg IV project on ‘Green and Blue Space Adaptation for Urban Areas and Eco-Towns’ (GRaBS). Baca are developing the toolkit for Blue Infrastructure.
