The enchanting woodland setting of the former Croston Hall is the site for a new Country House Hotel. A new drive and paths are woven into the landscape to create an intimate retreat from the bustle of Lancashire City Life. The design is to be developed to an ‘exceptional quality’ as set out in PPS7.
