Baca were runner-up in an invited competition of 6 international architects for a mixed-use scheme of 220 residential units, 6000sqm commercial & retail and 3000sqm office space. The courtyard development provides affordable luxury apartments with an active centre. The two towers allow spectacular views across the bay.
