A new block fronting the Union Canal will be added to an existing suite of Victorian warehouses located opposite the London Olympic site. The new building will be a hub for the sites numerous artists and artisans housing a cafe and exhibition spaces. The project will commence on site at the end of 2009 or early in 2010.
