All design work carried out under this contract is done so on the basis of information provided by local authorities and the Environment Agency in the UK. It is not an exhaustive study of the full range of considerations required for masterplans of this scale. Assumptions used for calculations or designs are documented within the various reports and appendices produced under this contract.

The LifE team seeks to ensure that all the material on this Site is accurate and up-to-date. Nonetheless, the content of the Site is provided without any warranty or responsibility. Governing law

These terms and conditions of use, and your use of the Site and/or the Service, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with all matters relating thereto.

Copyright of all material rests with the Baca Architects. This publication (excluding the logo) may be reproduced free of charge in any format or medium provided that it is reproduced accurately and not used in a misleading context. The material must be acknowledged as Crown copyright with the title and source of the publication specified and the author of the work credited, particularly for the use of images. Failure to do so is a breach of copyright and could lead to prosecution.
