LifE WINS BRONZE AT THE INTERNATIONAL URBAN DESIGN AWARDS 2009, GERMANY

The LifE Team were awarded the prestigious European prize for ‘The LifE project’. IULA recognised urban design solutions for the challenges of dynamic population changes and shifting economies, placing emphasis on energy-efficiency and demonstrating solutions to some of the most pressing environmental challenges we face.

The event was supported by Topos magazine and sponsored by Eurohypo AG, leading international bank for real estate and public finance. London’s Olympic Park was awarded Silver. Gold was awarded to the regeneration of Bremerhaven new habour in Germany.
